Storage and shelf life:
This item is shipped in two gift boxes. One box contains charcuterie which can be stored in a cool dry and has an approximate two month shelf life. The Second box contains our award winning salmon (approx 19 days shelf life) and our smoked cheddar and butter (approx eight weeks shelf life) - this box should be refrigerated upon delivery.

Shipping:
We will ship your order within two days of ordering (excludes weekends). For Christmas pre-orders, add a note in the cart at checkout. All our pre-orders will be shipped the week of 18th December. 

All of our products are handmade at our HQ in Brighton. At peaks times, some products may be substituted for an alternative salami of the same weight and monetary value.
